Payment
Personal Check, Cashier Check, Money Order and all VISA, MasterCard and DISCOVER CARD, are all acceptable methods of payment. Returned checks will incur a $35.00 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the use of personal checks. All properties remain ownership of the Company until paid for in full. Refund Policy
Buyer is guaranteed a 15 day deposit period for all money deposited to this website for property(ies). To receive a refund, all original contracts must be returned within 15 days of the initial deposit. Original contracts must be sent to: 23016 Lake Forest Dr., Ste D, PMB 459, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

During Your 15 day deposit period, we highly recommend that the buyer visits his or her deposited property(ies). Buyer is also welcome to research and verify that our properties are owned free and clear and that there are no back taxes or encumbrances.

Availability
We do not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service You thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused. All inventory is available on a first come, first served basis; subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to decline, cancel or void any deposit prior to Agreement for the Purchase of Real Estate signing. In this event, deposit will be refunded in full.

Shopping Price Disclaimer
Prices on shopping items are accurate as of the date/time indicated. Prices and product are subject to change. At any time, seller reserves the right to change prices on website. No price adjustments in any form will be made. All land sold by us is being sold direct from the owner, this land has not been appraised. Our sales price does not correspond with any Real Estate or Broker, or any other person or companies assessed or appraised value.
